RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to Christmas wreaths and seasonal designs, Christmas wreath-making workshops and associated Christmas experiences booked through Hagg Hill Farm.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
Christmas Wreaths & Seasonal Designs
All Hagg Hill Farm Christmas wreaths and seasonal designs are individually handmade to order using fresh and natural materials.
Each piece is created by hand, so natural variations in foliage, colour, shape and finish are part of the character of the product and mean that no two designs will be exactly the same.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled up to and including 30 September 2026.
From 1 October 2026, Christmas wreath and seasonal design orders are non-refundable for cancellation or change of mind. From this date, materials are ordered, purchased and allocated in preparation for creating our made-to-order Christmas designs.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, not as described, or you otherwise have a legal right to a remedy.
Made-to-Order & Bespoke Designs
Our Christmas designs are made to order rather than held as ready-made stock.
Where colour, lighting or decorative preferences are offered, we will do our best to incorporate your choices while retaining the natural Hagg Hill Farm style.
As fresh foliage and other natural materials vary, photographs are representative of the overall style and finish rather than an exact replica of the item you will receive.
Collection
All Christmas wreaths and seasonal designs are collection only from Hagg Hill Farm. We do not currently offer postage or delivery for these products.
Collection is strictly by appointment only.
We will contact you to arrange an agreed collection date and time when your order is ready. Please do not arrive at Hagg Hill Farm to collect an order without a confirmed collection appointment.
If you are unable to attend your agreed collection appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so that another collection time can be arranged.
Fresh products should be collected within the agreed collection period. Hagg Hill Farm cannot be responsible for deterioration of fresh or natural materials caused by an order being left uncollected beyond its agreed collection date.
Problems With Your Order
Please check your order when you collect it.
If there is a problem with your item, please contact Hagg Hill Farm as soon as possible so that we can assess the problem and, where appropriate, put it right.
Christmas Wreath-Making Workshops & Experiences
Places at Hagg Hill Farm Christmas wreath-making workshops and associated pre-booked Christmas experiences are reserved specifically for the customer when a booking is made.
Cancellations & Refunds
Bookings may be cancelled up to and including 30 September 2026.
From 1 October 2026, workshop and associated Christmas experience bookings are non-refundable if you cancel or are unable to attend.
This is because materials, supplies, staffing and preparation are committed based on the number of confirmed bookings.
Transferring Your Place
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your workshop place to another person rather than lose your booking.
Please contact Hagg Hill Farm before your booked session to let us know the name of the person who will be attending in your place.
Where an associated Christmas experience has been booked for the same person, this may be transferred with the workshop booking where appropriate.
Changing Your Workshop Date
If you need to change to another Hagg Hill Farm wreath-making session, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where another session has availability, we may be able to move your booking at our discretion. We cannot guarantee that an alternative date or time will be available.
If Hagg Hill Farm Cancels
If Hagg Hill Farm has to cancel a workshop or associated experience, you will be offered an alternative available date where appropriate or a refund for the affected booking.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies you have under applicable UK consumer law.
