Hagg Hill Farm currently operates on a collection-only basis for our made-to-order Christmas wreaths and seasonal designs. We do not currently offer postage or delivery for these products.
All Bells & Thistles floristry services also operate by pre-arranged drop-off and collection at Hagg Hill Farm.
Made-to-Order Products
Our Christmas wreaths and seasonal designs are individually handmade to order using fresh, seasonal and natural materials.
Because natural materials vary, each finished piece will be unique. Variations in foliage, colour, shape, texture and placement are part of the character of a handmade Hagg Hill Farm design.
Your finished item will therefore not be identical to photographs shown on our website.

Collection is strictly by appointment only.
Please do not arrive at Hagg Hill Farm to collect an order without an agreed collection appointment.
We will contact you using the details provided with your order to arrange or confirm your collection date and time.
Please ensure the email address and telephone number supplied with your order are correct.
Christmas Orders
Christmas wreaths and seasonal products will be prepared for collection during the collection period associated with your order.
Where a particular collection date, time or arrangement is stated on the product listing or subsequently agreed with you, this will form part of your collection arrangements.
If you are unable to attend your agreed collection appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange an alternative collection time where possible.
Fresh Wreaths & Wet Moss
Our fresh wreaths are traditionally constructed on a mossed base which is kept wet to help maintain the freshness of the foliage.
Your wreath may therefore be wet or damp when you collect it. This is intentional and is an important part of maintaining a fresh wreath.
The moss should remain moist throughout the usable life of the wreath. We recommend regularly checking the moss and carefully adding water when required to prevent it from drying out.
Because the wreath contains wet moss and fresh natural materials, moisture or dripping can occur. Please take this into consideration when transporting, hanging or displaying your wreath and protect vehicles, doors, walls, furniture and other surfaces where necessary.
Fresh foliage will naturally change over time. Keeping the moss moist and displaying the wreath in a cool position away from strong heat sources will help it stay fresh for longer.
Transporting Your Order
Some Hagg Hill Farm designs, particularly our larger statement wreaths and shaped designs, may be large, heavy, wet or unusually shaped.
Please ensure that you have a suitable vehicle and sufficient space to transport your order safely.
We recommend bringing something suitable to protect your vehicle, as fresh mossed wreaths may be wet or damp at the time of collection.
If you are unsure about the approximate size of a particular design, please contact us before collection.
All Bells & Thistles Floristry
All Bells & Thistles floristry operates by appointment.
Where you have booked our floristry service using flowers supplied by you, an agreed time will be arranged for you to drop your flowers at Hagg Hill Farm.
Finished arrangements will normally be available for collection later that day at the agreed collection time.
Please ensure flowers are transported appropriately both when bringing them to us and when collecting your finished arrangement.
Checking Your Order
Please inspect your order at the time of collection.
If you believe there is a problem with your order when it is supplied, please let us know as soon as possible so that we have the opportunity to assess and address it.
Responsibility After Collection
Once an order has been collected, please handle, transport, store, hang and display it appropriately and follow any aftercare guidance provided.
Hagg Hill Farm cannot accept responsibility for damage or deterioration caused after collection by accidental damage, dropping, unsuitable transportation, incorrect hanging or installation, inappropriate storage or display, exposure to unsuitable heat or weather conditions, or failure to follow reasonable aftercare instructions.
Customers should ensure that any hook, fixing, door, wall or other surface used to hang or display a wreath is appropriate for the size and weight of the product.
Our wreaths are handmade using fresh and natural materials. Some natural movement, drying, colour change and deterioration will occur over time.
Any care guidance provided by Hagg Hill Farm is intended to help your wreath remain fresh for longer, but fresh materials are naturally perishable and their lifespan will depend upon their environment and aftercare. We therefore cannot guarantee how long fresh foliage will remain at its best after collection.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights, including your rights where a product was faulty, damaged or not as described at the time it was supplied.
