OVERVIEW
This website and online store are operated by Hagg Hill Farm. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hagg Hill Farm.
By visiting our website, placing an order, booking a workshop or experience, or purchasing a service from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with the policies published on our website.
Please read these terms before placing an order or making a booking.
1. OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Hagg Hill Farm offers handmade and made-to-order products, seasonal designs, floristry services, workshops and experiences.
Many of our products are handmade using fresh, dried or natural materials. Natural variations in foliage, flowers, colour, shape, texture and size are to be expected and are part of the individual character of each piece.
Product photographs show the style and overall appearance you can expect but, because our work is handmade and uses natural materials, your finished item will not necessarily be identical to the item photographed.
Where bespoke preferences such as colour, decoration or lighting are offered, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request while retaining the overall Hagg Hill Farm style and subject to the availability of materials.
2. ORDERS
By placing an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the selected product, service, workshop or experience.
Please ensure that the information supplied with your order, including your name, contact information and any requested design or collection preferences, is correct.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including where a product has been listed incorrectly, materials become unavailable, an obvious pricing error has occurred or circumstances outside our reasonable control mean that we cannot fulfil the order.
If Hagg Hill Farm cancels an order that you have already paid for, we will refund the amount paid for the affected product or service.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (£).
The price payable will be the price shown when you place your order unless there has been an obvious pricing error.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Where a product or service requires additional charges because of options selected or additional work requested, these will be explained to you where applicable.
4. MADE-TO-ORDER CHRISTMAS PRODUCTS
Hagg Hill Farm Christmas wreaths and seasonal designs are individually handmade to order. They are not mass-produced or held as standard ready-made stock.
Materials may be purchased, reserved and prepared specifically to fulfil confirmed Christmas orders.
Orders for Christmas wreaths and seasonal designs may be cancelled up to and including 30 September 2026.
From 1 October 2026, customer cancellations and change-of-mind cancellations are non-refundable. From this date, materials will be ordered, purchased or allocated and production planning will have begun for our made-to-order Christmas designs.
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or you otherwise have a legal right to a remedy.
5. COLLECTION
Unless expressly stated otherwise on a particular product or service, our handmade Christmas products are collection only from Hagg Hill Farm.
All collections are by appointment only.
We will arrange an agreed collection date and time with you. Please do not arrive at Hagg Hill Farm to collect an order without a confirmed appointment.
If you cannot attend your agreed collection appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so that another suitable time can be arranged.
Because many of our products contain fresh and natural materials, they should be collected within the agreed collection period. We cannot accept responsibility for deterioration caused by an order being left uncollected beyond its agreed collection date.
6. FRESH AND NATURAL MATERIALS
Fresh foliage, flowers and other natural materials naturally change over time.
The lifespan and appearance of a product can be affected by temperature, weather, sunlight, moisture, positioning and how it is cared for after collection.
Reasonable natural deterioration of fresh materials is not considered a product fault.
Any care instructions supplied with your product should be followed to help maintain its appearance.
7. CHRISTMAS WREATH-MAKING WORKSHOPS & EXPERIENCES
Places at Hagg Hill Farm Christmas wreath-making workshops and associated Christmas experiences are reserved specifically for the customer when a booking is made.
Workshop and associated Christmas experience bookings may be cancelled up to and including 30 September 2026.
From 1 October 2026, bookings are non-refundable if you cancel or are unable to attend. This is because materials, supplies and preparation are committed based on confirmed bookings.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person. Please contact Hagg Hill Farm before the booked session to let us know the name of the person attending in your place.
If you would prefer to move to another Hagg Hill Farm wreath-making session, please contact us as soon as possible. Where another session has availability, we may be able to move your booking at our discretion. An alternative date or time cannot be guaranteed.
If Hagg Hill Farm has to cancel a workshop or associated experience, you will be offered an alternative available date where appropriate or a refund for the affected booking.
Specific attendance information or conditions shown on the relevant booking page also form part of your booking with us.
8. FLORISTRY SERVICES
Where Hagg Hill Farm provides a floristry service using flowers or materials supplied by the customer, the customer is responsible for the condition and suitability of those materials when they are provided to us.
The minimum floristry service price covers the work specified at the time of booking.
If the quantity of flowers, number of arrangements or complexity of the work requires additional floristry time, an additional charge may apply. This will be discussed with you before additional work is carried out.
Optional packaging, containers, vases, ribbons, cards and other finishing touches may also incur additional charges.
Floristry drop-off and collection are by prior arrangement.
9. RETURNS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & PROBLEMS WITH AN ORDER
Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, together with your statutory consumer rights.
Please inspect your product when collecting it and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if you believe there is a problem.
Nothing in these Terms of Service or any other Hagg Hill Farm policy is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
10. WEBSITE INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, photographs and other information on our website are accurate.
Occasionally errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information.
Seasonal products, workshops and experiences may have limited availability, and we may restrict the number of orders or bookings available.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the photographs, written content, branding, designs and other original material appearing on the Hagg Hill Farm website and associated business materials belong to Hagg Hill Farm or are used with permission.
They must not be copied, reproduced, republished or used commercially without prior permission.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND SHOPIFY
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology used to operate the store.
We may also use third-party services to provide features such as payment processing.
Your use of those services may also be subject to the relevant provider’s terms and privacy practices.
Purchases made from Hagg Hill Farm are transactions between you and Hagg Hill Farm.
13. PRIVACY
Personal information supplied through our website, when placing an order or when making a booking will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
14. USE OF OUR WEBSITE
You must not use our website for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious software, fraudulently access another person’s account or misuse our content or services.
We reserve the right to restrict access where the website or our services are being misused.
15. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where the law provides otherwise.
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices or legal requirements.
The terms applying to an order or booking will normally be those in force when that order or booking was made, unless a change is required by law.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in this section affects any rights you may have as a consumer regarding where legal proceedings may be brought.
