🎄 PRE-ORDER | Hagg Hill Heart Christmas Wreath – Fresh Foam
A beautifully full Hagg Hill Heart Christmas Wreath, handmade using fresh seasonal foliage arranged directly into a moisture-holding floral foam heart.
Unlike our traditional metal-frame Hagg Hill Heart, the foam base creates a fuller, softer and more abundant heart shape, with cascading greenery giving it a wonderfully natural appearance.
The floral foam holds water, helping to keep the fresh foliage hydrated throughout the festive season.
Finished with traditional seasonal details such as fresh holly, bright red berries and natural pine cones, every heart is individually handmade at Hagg Hill Farm.
🌿 Full fresh-foam heart design
💧 Moisture-holding floral foam base
🌲 Generously filled with seasonal evergreen foliage

🤍 Each one completely individual
🌿 Designed to Stay Fresh
The floral foam base holds moisture and provides a water source for the fresh foliage.
To help your Hagg Hill Heart stay fresh throughout the festive season, keep the floral foam moist and avoid allowing it to completely dry out.
